Claustrophobia

You are (maliciously or accidentally) upside down in a narrow pipe, just wide enough for your body, which is set in the ground. Even in a handstand position, your feet do not reach the pipe opening. The tube has a depth of water, covering your arms, eyes and nose, and tempting to enter your mouth, only kept at bay by full extension of your arms and fingers. You can assume that nobody will walk by to hear your screams. While blood rushes to your head, you pretend to figure a way out, even though you know it's hopeless.
